First-year residence guarantee

Housing is guaranteed for all new full-time students entering their first year of a postsecondary program for the first time, provided that they have completed the StarRez Portal application by March 31, and accepted an offer of admission by June 1.

What about the residences at the Faculty of Arts & Science colleges?

The colleges in the Faculty of Arts & Science have residences that provide a unique living experience closely tied to each college's academic and social life. Not all residents of these residences are Arts & Science students; ²ÝÁñ2024еس¶Ò»¶þ students from other faculties can also live there. Also, some students from a particular college may choose to live at other options like Chestnut or CampusOne instead. It's important to know that all residences offer a supportive community, various amenities, and opportunities for academic and personal growth.
